SALARY: $44,000 - $48,000 (based upon credentials)

What You’ll Do:

  • Input program metrics and data into content management software for easy tracking
  • Input data metrics and pull reports as requested by the Federal Initiatives Director, Deputy Director, or other teammates
  • Manage the collection and input of information into the Federal Initiatives and Broadband Development performance dashboards
  • Collect, organize and track program initiatives and progress using project and grant management technologies; work with teammates to collect and update information and timelines
  • Ensure the Federal Initiatives team has the proper technology tools to facilitate daily work
  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert for interfacing with and managing the statewide information technology system for ARPA funding
  • Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvement activities specific to ARPA grant programs, especially improving the usefulness and efficiency of program data workflows.
  • Other related work as assigned.

Competencies:

  • Able to collaborate across team and functional lines
  • Able to efficiently organize and track large quantities of information to keep projects and programs organized and moving forward
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to prepare complete, concise and accurate reports
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to optimize data formats and structures for efficiency and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of data literacy, including use of tools such as Excel
  • Working knowledge of, or ability to learn, Tableau software
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented in daily work
  • Ability to travel in the performance of assigned duties and demonstrate regular and reliable attendance
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn federal grants and reporting requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in marketing, public relations, economics, business or public administration, statistics, information technology, or a closely related area.

AND

1-2 years of applicable work experience

This is a temporary, full-time, benefit-eligible position based upon federal ARPA funding. Position funding will end no later than December 31, 2026.
